Fragrance Favourites

Hi everyone!
Today I'm bringing you all a fragrance post, at the moment I'm in the middle of trying different things and just thought some perfumes were needed on my blog.
I've picked out my top 3 perfumes at the minute which are jimmy choo, one direction our moment and lady Gaga fame.
Jimmy choo - This smells really warm and girly also has a woody kind of smell, perfect for spring.
One Direction- I love this perfume so much. It's has a fruity scent to it and is also very girly
Lady Gaga- I find it really weird how the actual liquid in this perfume is black but what else would you expect from Lady Gaga? Also really like this perfume.
Once I started writing this post I realised how hard it is to describe a smell haha I tried my best, thanks for reading

Celebrity Inspiration | Kylie Jenner

Hi all,
Today I want to talk about kylie Jenner's hair, I aboustley am in love with it. I'm sure you have all seen Kylie's new short hair all over Instagram the past few weeks. Although her long hair was amazing and long before, I think her new short look is working well. Her hair always looks so healthy and fresh but messy (a good kinda messy) at the same time which I am very jealous about, I must admit.

Seeing kylie going from long to quite short has made me think about cutting my own hair if I'm honest, I've been growing it out for a while now but i know from past experiences how short hair can be annoying. Kylie looks like she's enjoying it though as she keeps having it cut even shorter!
Kylie has even had the bottoms of her hair lightened which gives it the edgy look she always wears. Kylie is my celeb girl crush at the minute, I love her style too.
All the pictures in this post were taken from Kylie's Instagram, you can see even more on there.
Thanks for reading, I'll post again during the week. Comment below what you think about Kylie's new look.

Mini Shopping Haul

Hello everyone!
So last Sunday I went and did a little shop, I say little but it's much more like tiny. Normally I wouldn't do a haul but I really love these products and thought they were worth sharing, so here you go...

~ Rimmel Lasting Finish 25 Hour Foundation
This may surprise some of you but I have never tried this foundation before. The only reason I did buy it is becuase I noticed it on sale in boots for £5. I can honestly say it lasts for quite a while and blends so easily. I use the expert face brush from real techniques as it creates a flawless look. This foundation is definelty my new favourite!

~ Lush 'sex bomb
I absolutely love this bath bomb, it looks pretty, smells really good and is a great price. There's nothing bad to say about it if I'm honest. I like to save this for pamper evenings or if I need to relax.

~ Real Techniques Dupe
Okay guys, so I was reading a blog and I noticed they did a review on 'real techniques brushes dupes'. The review was so good that I immediately had to go and buy the brushes too. I only brought one and it's so similar to the real techniques expert face brush, I was shocked. The only difference I could see with the two brushes is that the dupe isn't as dense as the real techniques but that's fine for £1.98. It works just as well and looks exactly the same, you can get these from EBay.

~ Barry M Gelly Nail Polish
It's been so long since I've brought any nail polishes so these 3 were well needed. While my collection keeps growing with all different brands and shades I always find myself going back to Barry M simply becuase they're great. If you've never tried the Gelly collection, I suggest you do, these polishes are so shiny and stay on without chipping. The shades I recently picked up are ... Pomegranate, Passion fruit and Prickly pear.

Review | Lauren Conrad Beauty Book

This book is amazing! I got it for Christmas and I've fallen in love with it, it's that good. It
consists of beauty tips and tricks, fitness, skincare, hair, nails and much more. It completely covers every aspect of beauty there is.

As soon as I began to read the book, I couldn't put it down. All together the book has 12 chapters and includes some personal stories that Lauren has gone through herself. I liked reading about her first photoshoot and seeing her make up looks she's tried throughout the years.

Chapter One - Finding your beauty
In this first chapter Lauren talks about how we are all beautiful in different ways, we just need to find it. I really liked this chapter it was a great way to start the book instead of just jumping straight into the best way to apply mascara like most beauty books.

Chapter Two - Skincare
This is one of the most important chapters becuase Lauren explains how you need to take care of your skin in order for you to look your best. In this chapter there is a page about 'reading your face', it shows you what your spots really mean.

Chapter Three - Haircare
This chapter talks about how to promote hair growth and the best hairstyles that suit your hair type/face shape.

Chapter Four - Stress
This is a really good chapter. I was so shocked to read how much stress can affect your skin, hair and nails! Luckily, Lauren included ways to avoid getting stressed and how to get all the 'beauty sleep' you need.

Chapter Five - Fitness and Food
This chapter was very helpful for me as one of my New Years resolutions is to eat better and be more fit. It talks about exercise tips and where you can find the vitiams you need.

Chapter Six - Make up Tips, Tricks, and Techniques
This is the part of the book where it actually is make up related. Now we know everything about caring for our skin it's the perfect time to start talking make up and I loved the way Lauren organised this book by having different sections for each step of make up.

Chapter Seven - Everyday Make up
Lauren shows us the make up look she turns to daily and what she uses. It's a step to step guide of how to achieve the perfect face of make up. She highlights how it's all about enhancing your features and not covering them.

Chapter Eight - Party Make up
This part of the book is perfect if you have an event coming up and you want to look your best. It's full of lots of different party looks to try.

Chapter Nine - Everyday Hair
Lauren shows you how she gets her everyday waves and much more.

Chapter Ten - Party Hair
This chapter includes different party hairstyles to try if your going to a party. They are all gorgeous.

Chapter Eleven - Nails
Lauren talks about manicures, nails art and basic nail care.

Chapter Twelve - Beauty Through The Decades
This is the last chapter In book, it talks about how much beauty has changed over the years and how much trends come and go.

This book is amazing and I would recommend it to anyone, it's helped me with so much and taught me lots of new tricks. Lauren has a range of different books but I'm really exicted to read her style one next. You can buy the book from amazon for £10

Thanks for reading

My New Years resolutions!

So 2014 has begun... I can't believe its a new year already .
It seemed like Christmas and new year just flew by!

Considering this is my first blog post of the year, the only thing it could have been was a New Years resolutions post, I love knowing other peoples resolutions so I thought I'd share mine. This year I found it hard to think of a resolution that I was really going to stick to but I came up with 3 that I'm going to give a good go.

First is the one that I'm sure everyone has, to get in shape. After  pigging out at Christmas it's definitely time for a cleanse and some good workout sessions. With my prom coming up in the summer I figured its time to do this and stick to it , things like going running and mini workouts in the week is what I'm trying to achieve.

My next New Years resolution is  TO BLOG MORE! I know I'm so bad at blogging frequently but this year I'm going to try to blog at least  once every fortnight. I'm sorry for the last year I've been pretty useless but I'm changing! Hahaa

Lastly I'm going to be more motivated to try different things . I'm one of them people who if I don't want to do something I won't do it, so this year I'm pushing myself out of my comfort zone and going for it. I hope you all enjoyed reading my New Years resolutions and let me know yours in the comments.

style ideas in autumn.

It's feels like so long since I have posted anything! I have been so busy starting back at school but I thought I would just post about how excited I am for autumn. It's definelty my favourite time of year (October-December) because of all the different jumpers and hats to wear. I also love layering my clothes like shirts under jumpers with jackets on top.

Jumpers, jackets ,scarfs, jeans are all the things you need to recreate this look.
